Brow Couture operates by appointments only. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to read and follow our policies and terms of service.
For all appointments, we put your credit card on file to hold your appointment spot. Your credit card is not charged, unless you do not show up for your service. The card is only charged after your service for the full amount. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your service please do so 24 hours prior to your service. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the service only after the service is completed or you do not show up or reschedule within 24 hours.
Please familiarize yourself with our location and prepare yourself for heavy tourist traffic and parking via street or parking garage. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone’s time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 30 minutes late arrivals will be a “no-show” and your credit card will be charged for the FULL amount. If your appointment is complimentary (6-8 wk touch up) then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional $100 deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:
With respect to our clients and permanent makeup artist the more time given is more respectful to all of us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so kindly within one weeks notice. Many people try to get spots that are unavailable especially Friday and Saturday appointments. We try our hardest to accommodate each and every persons timeframe and days.
APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY:
A Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. Consultations are done over the phone. However, if for any reason, at the time of your appointment, your procedure does not follow through, you will be charged the price of a consultation appointment. $100 (1 hr) Consultation and Brow Mapping.
Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, visitors and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure.
A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. NO refunds are ever given for your service deposit even if you cancel.
Initial procedure appointments receive a complimentary touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and will incur an additional charge. Complimentary touch up are not mandatory, nor is it necessary for every client, but we offer it for those clients who would need a follow up.
Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply.

Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up. Permanent makeup is averaged for touchups annually and/or biannual depending on pigment retention and your skin and lifestyle. The Color Boost service is what you’ll need to keep your permanent makeup looking fresh and vibrant color.
We always recommend to book an appointment to reserve your time with your permanent makeup artist. this list is to serve the need for clients who wants an earlier/later appointment time then they already reserved or highly recommended days such as Friday and Saturday. When an appointment time opens up, we contact from top to bottom of the list and the first to confirm will be booked. You can be added to the list by calling us. Please keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed or Microbladed we request that you call and speak to us and possibly come in for us to see your old work and if we are able to assist you.
If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and welcomed.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
Brow Couture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Permanent makeup may not retain in every person’s skin. There are no guarantees each and every client and results will vary. No refunds.
